Refund policy.

Academy programs

• Up to 14 days before the cohort starts: full refund of fees paid, minus payment-gateway charges.
• 13 to 1 days before: 50% refund, or transfer your seat to the next cohort at no cost.
• After the first session: no refund, but you may transfer to a later cohort once if you cannot continue for medical or family reasons.
• If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund within 7 working days.

Corporate training

Bookings can be rescheduled once free of charge with 7 days' notice. Cancellations inside 7 days are billed at 50%.

Studio projects

The booking payment covers ideation and storyboarding and is non-refundable once the storyboard has been delivered. If you cancel before storyboard delivery, we refund the booking payment minus work done at our hourly rate.

How to request a refund

Email info@medialabbs15.com with your name, program or project, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
