Content on medialabbs15.com is provided by MediaLabbs15 for information. Program details, dates and fees may change; the version confirmed in your offer email is the one that applies.

Academy enrolment

• A seat is confirmed on receipt of the booking fee stated in your offer.
• Cohort dates may move by up to two weeks; you will be told at least 7 days in advance.
• Course material is for your personal use. Recording of live sessions is not permitted without written permission.
• AI tool credits included in a fee are for course work and expire at the end of the program.

Studio services

• Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms: 50% on booking, 20% after storyboard approval, 30% on delivery.
• Three revision rounds are included unless the quote states otherwise.
• On full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to the delivered films. MediaLabbs15 retains the right to show the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

The MediaLabbs15 name, logo and site design are ours. Client brands shown on this site belong to their owners.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the program or project concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
